In order for a property to generate a short term renter or buyer the viewer has to make an emotional connection. Historically you will find the properties being listed will be set up to be very generic so the viewer does not feel they’re looking at someone else’s property.

The preferred day is sunny with a blue sky. It gets pretty standard and straight forward. Not much imagination is used. Our approach and goal is to try and create a customized look that stands out.

Below is a series of night photographs that we took and created a video. WIth the help of some background music we believe you will see something that is far from ordinary, but rather extraordinary.
