Before we visit a property to photograph we confirm the date and time, but the most important question is “Will the property be photo ready”? In this particular case, the listing agent did a spectacular job covering all the details. The lawn was cut, gardens manicured, and no clutter in yard. It was in ideal condition.
The interior was so well done in terms of removing all unnecessary items, no personal, no clutter, fresh towels in bathroom, bathroom products removed, kitchen countertops clean and neat, beds with linens without wrinkles, art work level, window shades at same height allowing natural light, and we did not waste time removing or re-positioning items so they would not be part of the photographs. It certainly made our lives so much easier, but more importantly improved the presentation of the property. We wish all the properties we photograph were at this level of detail.
Marblehead is an incredible historic seaport town …almost storybook in fashion. Glendale Road is in a neighborhood that is filled with families of all ages. The streets are treelined and include sidewalks. This property provides an excellent opportunity for any family.
