In the above case, this particular property was struggling a couple of years ago to sell. The challenges included, it was painted a dark brown color (happens to be the most challenging color to sell). Thank goodness the real estate agent was able to convince the owner to paint it a lighter more appealing color. Additional challenge, included the overall design, which was contemporary. The vast majority of potential buyers seem to look for a more traditional New England designs for a seaport community. It was also sandwiched between two spectacular properties so it was almost invisible. Nothing could be done about this.

Our solution was to let our drones create an engaging video that highlighted the key selling features of the property. The view is what the owner was selling. The property was positioned to take full advantage of the view. The design of the outdoor pool with the lounge chairs made it so inviting. You could not help but think how great it would be to hang out by the pool on a warm summer day, gather family and friends, or spend a quiet afternoon reading a book. This is what we wanted to highlight.

Shortly after publishing our content the property did sell. It was a great success story of the owner listening to the real estate agent. We were happy to be involved in the process.
