At Generating Media we look to focus on the emotional message.  It must be strong exciting and authentic.  We look to find innovative insight into what the consumer really wants - and then play to that with our photographs and videos.

Every real estate purchase involves an emotional connection with the property. The above photographs were published not so much to show the features of the bathroom, living room, and outdoor living space, but on the emotions of the potential buyer. We want to stimulate their imagination enough to get them to visualize themselves using these spaces.

This concept also relates strongly to the short term renter. Every villa is identified with a name, but the majority of renters can not remember the name of the villa after they rented it, but they do remember how the villa made them feel. The features of this property including the furniture, amenities, and especially the lighting was targeted to make the renters feel good. The better they feel about staying there the more likely they will be a repeat client and provide a referral.

We encourage property owners and real estate agents to step back and try to see the properties with a pair of open eyes and emotions. Try to imagine what it feels like to see and explore the property for the first time.
