She was determined to find a small house with ocean views and to rent it out when she was not using it. Her years and years of renting a variety of villas with different styles, features, and amenities gave her a clear vision of what would meet her requirements.

We Found the Perfect Home in St. Barts
She was able to find a house that was built in the 1980s that was looking tired, but was efficient with a layout that fit the lot. The key feature included the property did not require major structural changes and had the focal point be all about the view.
Each space offered fabulous panoramic ocean views.
Not only did the owner come up with a great home to remodel, but she also took the time to talk to many of her contacts in the villa rental business on St. Barts regarding what she could do to make this property extremely rental friendly. This included features, amenities, interior/exterior styles. We were quite happy to provide her with a list of our suggestions. It is a lot easier to help the owners during the design and development stages of a property rather than after the fact.

The number one category of villa rentals is the two-bedroom option. This translated she would have the largest volume of inquiries to draw from. The challenge was to position her property high on the list by providing key features and designs the villa rentals were requesting.
