14 Things You Don't Need to Do If You Rent CieloMar Villa in Costa Rica
Below is a list of the 14 things you do not have to do when renting CieloMar Villa
When our clients consider renting a villa so many things run through their minds about all the logistics involved with short term villa rentals. Interesting enough, the women we speak with often say why should I rent a villa because it is so much work along with so many details. They often believe it is no vacation.
After decades of hearing these types of comments from our clients, we discuss with villa owners about the things they can do so the clients don’t have to worry. We decided to come up with a list of items the guests in CieloMar don’t have to do when renting it.
Don’t need to rent a car - there are 3 golf electric golf carts available - 1 six seater & 2 - four seaters. This is the best way to get around Peninsula Papagayo during a visit. We can arrange to have drivers pick you up at the Liberia Airport and bring you to CieloMar. It is about a 35 minute drive. When planning activities outside of Peninsula Papagayo, pick-ups and drop offs can be arranged.
Don’t need to go to the grocery store - we will provide a provisions list and have the food & beverages brought to CieloMar prior to your arrival. If you need additional during your stay…we will get it for you.
Don’t need to cook - the in-house chef will prepare all meals customized to your preferences. Some recommendations will be made, but all meals will be prepared based on your groups needs. Wait until you taste some of the fabulous meals the chef makes …you will not believe it. The food is so fresh.
Don’t need to set the table or serve the meals - the support staff that includes servers will bring your meals to your choice of dining - inside or outside. It is totally relaxing to just show up at the breakfast/lunch/and dinner table.
Don’t need to clean-up - the support staff will clear all tables and do dishes after every meal service. After an adventurous day or simply a relaxing one - nothing worse than having to clear the tables and do the dishes. The CieloMar Team will take care of all those items.
Don’t need to prepare happy hour, dinner drinks, or after dinner drinks - the support staff will mix all drinks and bring them right to you. Simply tell the staff what you would like and be prepared to be amazed.
Don’t need to do any cleaning of villa - each day the support staff will clean villa and keep it clean throughout your stay. Last thing you want to do during your vacation is to clean. CieloMar includes a full staff of House Keepers that keep CieloMar looking fresh and clean every day.
Don’t need to do laundry - support staff will wash and dry all laundry every day. Simply put your dirty laundry in the basket in your bedroom. Your laundry will return clean and folded. This translates you don’t have to bring as many clothes so you can pack a lot lighter. The causal atmosphere means you will be living in shorts, bathing suits, and t-shirts.
Don’t need to make your bed - support staff will make your bed every day. In addition turn-down service is available. Always feel great to get into a well made bed. Just like a five-star hotel, CieloMar will have your bed made every day.
Don’t need to worry about planning activities - CieloMar has a dedicated concierge that will make recommendations prior and during your stay…will also make reservations…coordinate logistics and communication. Whenever our guests travel they always focus on the list of possible activities. This can be very stressful. Guests want to know what activities are available, where are the activities, how long does it take to get to the activity, how much does the activity cost, and which are the best companies that provide the activity. Our dedicated concierge will guide you through the entire process and make the arrangements for you. The CieloMar Team is very selective in suggesting only the best service providers. We do not want the guests to have a tarnished experience because of a poor service provider.
Don’t need to worry about problems - CieloMar has a live-in staff in private quarters that can respond immediately to any situation. One of the most common questions we get asked is what should we do in the event is a problem during our stay? Who should we contact? At CieloMar we have a support staff that actually live full time at CieloMar. They have very private quarters and entrance. Their approach is to be as invisible or visible for the guests as required.
Don’t need to worry about climate controls - all six bedrooms have individual thermostats so the temperature in each room can be adjusted. Therefore, every bedroom has it’s own thermostat controls.
Don’t need to bring electric hair dryers - every bathroom comes with it’s own electric hair dryer. What a pain in the neck for our guests to bring hair dryers. They take up so much space in luggage. Every ensuite bathroom includes an electric hairdryer.
Don’t need to bring shampoo, conditioner, and soap - every bathroom includes local natural hair and skin care products. The products in the bathrooms are wonderful as they’re produced organically and local.
It is our goal to make it as stress free as possible for all the guests staying at CieloMar. On a continuous effort we’re constantly looking for things we can do to allow our guests to embrace CieloMar and be totally engaged in the experience. Traveling itself can be exhausting and that is the last thing we want our guests to feel like during their stay.
