There are thousands of properties today available for short term rentals. Up until the past few years, short term rentals were overlooked as a travel product. Consumers and travel agents focused on hotels, resorts, and cruise ships as the only option.

The villa rental product is complicated. Villas do not have standard quality procedures and controls. They also do not have brands. The travel agent network provides the consumer with the service of helping them make their travel plans and guiding them through their knowledge and experience to their list of “preferred” products. Renting a villa is far too complicated and risky because they had no knowledge of the villa product. They were not about to risk their relationship with their customers by directing them to a villa that could end up being a disaster.

Generating Media recognized this concern and reluctancy for both the travel agent and consumer to consider renting a villa. Our focus is on our details. Not only do we build and manage villa websites, but we publish up-to-date photographs and videos, This includes interior, exterior, and aerial. Villas are available in a complete menu of sizes, which are based on the number of bedrooms. Prices are based on a maximum of two guests per bedroom unless otherwise stated. The larger the villas the generally more expensive. This translates “Size Does Matter”. However, some of our property owners provide price breaks where you only pay for the bedrooms you use. The bedrooms you do not use will be locked off, but you get to use the remaining rooms in the villa.
