The island of St. Martin was hit by a furious hurricane in September 2017. Tourist were caught as to what to do as many of the hotels, resorts, and villas were destroyed. The challenge was when could they return and what would the conditions be like when they did. Phil Brown, who is member of the Generating Media produced this insightful video in December of 2018 in order to inform everyone about the level of the rebuild.
